What is Hypnotherapy?

Hypnotherapy is a therapeutic modality that combines traditional talk therapy with hypnosis.  Hypnosis is a relaxed state of awareness where we access the subconscious mind in order to enhance your state of well being and assist you in achieving your goals.


The hypnosis portion of the session is typically 15-20 minutes. While in hypnosis you will always be aware of your surroundings and be in complete control.


Most people find hypnosis to be a very relaxing, positive, and empowering experience.
